Cayin CS-100A EL34
The use of EL34 in the output stage makes the valve amplifier Cayin CS-100A cheaper, without significantly reducing the power output compared to the KT88 variant. This gives you one of the most powerful amps of its kind for a particularly affordable price. Apart from the eight EL34 tubes in the output stage, everything remains the same. 6SN7, 12AU7EH and 12BH7EH do the work. High-quality Alps potentiometers, film resistors, ceramic bases and special audio capacitors plus a heavy toroidal transformer and system remote control round off the equipment. At its terminals (taps for 4 and 8 ohms available) the Cayin CS-100A / EL34 delivers an output of 75 watts per channel in class AB ultra-linear mode and 40 watts per channel in triode operation. And if you ever want to upgrade the amplifier to the KT88, the external bias adjustment with level display will help you.
